Work orders were expanded from a basic workflow into a more connected system with improved navigation, printing, scheduling, and linking to inspections and equipment.
What is new (capability):
- UX upgrades including updated home, modal, and open and closed pages for more consistent navigation and layout
- Work order number visibility in key UI points
- Print support for closed items by date range
- Scheduling controls with new toggle behavior for scheduled work orders
- Richer relationships including linking work orders to multiple inspections
- Linked inspections and linked equipment surfaced directly in work orders
- Dedicated mobile work order pages to support field workflows
Work orders are now more field friendly, printable, and connected to inspections and equipment for tighter maintenance traceability.
