On that day our users will see an updated login page, and a new logo on their dashboards. That is the only thing that will be different.
Login credentials, your data, your workflows, your inspection records, all of it remains the same. Nothing on your end needs to be done and nothing will be disrupted.
This is not a new product and it is not a new company. It is the same platform, the same team, and the same support you have always had, now under a name that better reflects everything the platform has grown to do.
One action required: update your mobile app.
If you are using our mobile app for the eTicket module, you will also see a change. The JFQC Tickets app is being renamed F360 Tickets. You will see a new logo. To access the most updated version, your team will need to download the new version. It is available now in the App Store and Google Play. The update takes just a few seconds and your existing account works immediately after installation. Your login credentials are the same.
Why the new name?
Over the years, our customers, including your team, have expanded how they use the platform well beyond its original focus on fuel quality control and inspections. Our platform has grown to include a comprehensive set of modules like ramp safety, preventative maintenance, manpower utilization, deicing, into-plane dispatch and fuel accounting. It became clear that “Jet Fuel QC®” no longer told the full story of what the platform provides. Fuels360 reflects our path forward as we continue to build solutions and deliver innovations that generate value across the enterprise.
